M3 SHOWCASE / VISUAL DIRECTION

Making capability visible.

For the MiniMax M3 showcase, I curated the visual direction and design references, translating model capabilities into a consistent presentation style. The resulting webpage design appeared in MiniMax’s official M3 launch video.

DEVELOPER DOCUMENTATION

From a model to a working setup.

I owned the official Token Plan tool index and integration documentation: model parameters, API keys, regional base URLs, tool-specific configuration, and usage examples. Weekly audits kept the onboarding steps aligned with changing models and integrations.

I supported MiniMax developer meetups in Beijing and Shanghai through targeted outreach, attendee information collection, registration questionnaire design, and application review.
